Meet Your 2026 Idaho High School Rodeo Queen: Sarah Brackett!
Hello IHSRA Family!
I am Sarah Brackett, your reigning Idaho High School Rodeo Queen! A seventh-generation Idahoan, I am 16 years old, the youngest of four children born to Gus and Kimberly Brackett, and proud to represent my family ranch where we raise beef cattle in Three Creek.
When I’m not in the arena competing in pole bending, breakaway roping, team roping, barrel racing, reined cow horse, or one of my absolute favorites—cow cutting—you can find me staying incredibly busy at Castleford High School. I just wrapped up my sophomore year, where I’m an high honor roll student, and play both volleyball and basketball. Leadership is also a huge passion of mine; I am an active member of the FFA and currently serve as the South Magic Valley District Vice President.
I have absolutely loved my time representing you all as the IHSRA Queen so far, and I am so excited to see what the future holds for our amazing association. See you down the trail!
